We wanted to see where things actually go wrong on the shop floor. It turns out, the bulb itself is rarely the culprit.&#xA;The real headache? The lamp&amp;rsquo;s output just isn&amp;rsquo;t playing nice with the ink&amp;rsquo;s curing speed once you crank up the line speed.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;the-heat-struggle&#34;&gt;The Heat Struggle&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Everyone wants more throughput. It&amp;rsquo;s the name of the game. But when you push a lamp to cure ink in a fraction of a second, you&amp;rsquo;re basically creating a space heater.&#xA;If your cooling system can&amp;rsquo;t keep up, your substrate starts to warp. It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating. To stop that, we tweak the arc length and how the electrodes are spaced. The goal is to make sure the UV hit is steady and even across the whole web, not just in a few hot spots.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
